STM32L432KC is not recognized on my computer

Hi,

I'm using a STM32L432KC on Windows 10. I installed the ST-LINK driver (009) available on ST website and the ST-LINK utility (004).

When I connect the STM32 to my computer , it doesn't appear as a STM32 device but as follows in 'other devices' of the devices manager:

I installed the STM32CubeIDE and the debug process sends a STLINK error.

The STLINK utility doesn't recognize any STLINK device neither.

How can I solve that properly ?

Thanks

Custom board? Do you have an st-link device on the board or are you connecting directly to the chip you want to flash/debug?

I have the STM32 nucleo board.

Seems like you have some other stuff installed, that you should probably start by uninstalling.

Check it works on a different computer.

I tried on maybe 4 or 5 computers. I installed the ST-link software first then plug the stm32 with usb and this is the only thing appearing in my devices manager.

what am I missing ? A jumper somewhere ?

Kind of suggests you've installed different firmware on to the ST-LINK at some point.
