STM32L051C8T6 not executing the code properly

I developed a basic code in STM32CubeIDE to test an STM32L051C8T6 microcontroller, aiming to toggle the state of two LEDs connected to the custom-designed board for this chip. However, during debugging, an issue occurs with the execution flow.

After initializing the peripherals and entering the main loop of the code, the delay function ("HAL_Delay()") seems to cause an error. The microcontroller appears to enter an idle state, and when the debugger execution is paused, it shows that the MCU is running instructions in the memory region "0x1FF00", outside the program's code area. The following error message is displayed:

“Break at address '0x1ff00120' with no debug information available, or outside of program code.”

When the code is compiled and executed without debugging, the microcontroller seems to freeze at the same point and does not respond, even after a hardware reset or power cycling.

Check if you pulled the boot pin to VDD.

Probably have an invalid vector table offset. Check that SCB->VTOR is set to 0x08000000. Uncomment the "USER_VECT_TAB_ADDRESS" line in system_stm32*.c file to have it set this on startup.

It was really the boot pin. I connected to GND and it solved the problem.
