I wouldn't bank on it.
The time is driven by heavy demand, speculative and laddered orders.
Place orders for parts at the far-out dates, and then find parts more immediately in the secondary market from brokers, at prices you're willing to pay.
Without an order on the books the availability will keep pushing out.
