STM32F779BIT6 custom board SD card initialization failed.

I am using custom board with STM32F779BIT6, connected micro sd card to the controller.

Every time I initialize micro SD card gives error of SDMMC_ERROR_CMD_RSP_TIMEOUT.

Any solution.
