Can someone please share the physical height of the STM32F746G Discovery board?  Length and width are in the manual, but height is very difficult to find.  Thanks

Indeed,

the physical height with the screen is between22mmand 24mm(taking into account the thickness of the scotch double-sided in the screen) and t

he height without display screen is 15mm.

I would inform you that I have reported internally the missing information to take the necessary action and add the physical height for all manuals in coming release.
