STM32F4xx ADC Calibration

I started working with the STM32F4xx and I was wondering if the ADC does a calibration automatically. When I was working with the

STM32F10xx you had to manually trigger the ADC calibration. Looking at the STM32F4xx reference manual there is not a clear answer if the chip does the ADC calibration automatically. The STM32F4xx reference manual also talks about a t STAB, stabilization time after turning on the ADC. Does anybody know that time is? It's not defined in the reference manual.

Ragarding the value of STAB, it should be in the datasheet, not reference manaul.
