We need the functionality of RDP Level 2.
Once you write, you have to implement something that can't enter and erase.
Is that function possible on this chip?

STM32F103 does not have a feature like RDP level 2. You can implement read protection, but the chip can always be erased.

STM32F205RGT7 does have RDP level 2. You'll have to switch families if that's a requirement.
