How much working with the SPI is important?

as you can see, that's really important.

Well the question was rhetorical, and reflects my incredulity that you can't find support contacts, and expect an email support hotline. If you don't have a business relationship with ST, you might be able to hire others to support you.

You should perhaps work to refine the presentation of your problem. The screen shot suggests you are sending the wrong data, yet you provide no complete/concise code example that generated the output. Right now it looks like you output an index value, and not the content of the array. How could that occur? What could you have coded to make that happen?

Looks quite reasonable, are you working on the receive end now?

You perhaps asked them the wrong question, or are in the wrong location? I could see the latter being a significant problem.

I'm not using HAL/CUBE, so really can't help you with that.
