[RM0399/RM0433] Typo in SYSCFG register map (Multiple occurrence of SYSCFG_CCCR register)

Hi!

Noticed a typo in the system configuration controller (SYSCFG) register map in both reference manuals RM0399 (Rev 4) and RM0433 (Rev 8).

The SYSCFG_CCCR register is at two different offsets (0x28 and 0x2C) and  SYSCFG_PWRCR is missing. I think, SYSCFG_CCCR should be at offset 0x28 and SYSCFG_PWRCR at 0x2C.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

I confirm that SYSCFG_PWRCR register is missing and SYSCFG_CCCR register is mentioned twice in SYSCFG register map and reset values table.

I reported internally this typo.
