Avnet has the lowest price (and a free shipping offer right now), but no stock. Digikey is a few dollars more expensive, but doesn't seem to have it in stock either.

Does anyone know of sources that definitely have stock?

It appears that there was briefly stock at some distributors, but most are currently sold out. Mouser and Future both show no stock on their respective web sites, despite st.com suggesting that they each have about 100 boards. Only Nu Horizons reports them in stock.
