The datasheet has details about power consumption of various peripherals. It will depend on more information than you're providing, such as what other peripherals are active, what the clock speed is, cache settings, etc.
Generally, the processor will use tens to hundreds of mA and the clock speed has the biggest correlation to power draw. Low-power modes are also a possibility.
