Hello,
Oracle announced a license change and for commercial and educational units rumors tell that it will cost 2.5 $ per user and month.
As other thread have shown, STM32Cube Tool only run with Oracle Java, at least in Linux.
As always with license, it is hard to understand what applies for the exact personal situation. However I am quite sure , that licenses will apply for the putr jre runtime.
This will cut me off the ST tools. Any thoughts from STM on this issue?

Hi,
Few hints regaring STM32 tools:
- CubeMx can be used with any JVM: Oracle one but also OpenJDK or even Corretto one. Release Note mention those alternative to Oracle JVM.
- CubeIDE embedded OpenJDK JVM
Kind regards
Jerome
