Hi ,

I am using nucleo stm32f411RE board from more than 6 month but from yesterday suddenly I getting no st link detected . here I don't think i did any thing wrong with the board.

observation :

1. once I shutdown laptop and open again then both RED LED of debug circuit and MCU circuit will be solid until connect/disconnect happen( I tried to update st link firmware but still its shows same issue.)

2.after first disconnect/connect both RED LED will be off.

Try a different cable, charging cables don't have data connectivity, and you won't hear the windows ding-d0ng sound either.

Hello @shiv and welcome to the Community 🙂

What computer environment do you have? (Windows, Mac, Linux, Virtual Machine, .. ?)

First Check your USB cable and try other one.

Try to connect the ST-Link directly to an USB port of your laptop (not via a hub or docking station).

Did you install STLink USB drivers (make sure to use admin rights)?

Try connecting to the target with STM32CubeProgrammer.

Keep us informed about your progress. If problem is resolved, please precise which hint helped you.
