Hi ZLu.1

This is because Boot0 pin might be floating. Hence on every power on processor enters boot mode & to pressing reset switch takes it out of boot mode.

To overcome this issue, Tie it Boot0 to Gnd through 10K resistor as suggested in datasheet, this will takes CPU in run mode on every power on.
