Makefile target for STM32CubeMX

Could you please provide a simple Makefile target for STM32CubeMX instead of just the commercial IDEs? Lots of folks don't want to use (eclipse is giant and slow) or pay for the IDEs. The whole ecosystem is open source eclipse/gcc/gdb. Why would anyone pay for one little graphical debug menu in Eclipse?

ST is ahead of the competition with the STM32 hardware, it would just be nice to use regular Makefiles with the ST software.

The creation of a GNU/GCC makefile has been pushed into ST at various levels, and here on the forum.
