Is this MCU a fake of STM32F427VIT6?

Hi,

 

can oneone help me to proof if the following MCU ist an original?

1)The print is easier to wipe off.
2)The revision number is missing or is not in the place described in the datasheet.

Hello,

It's new marking for LQFP100 package and it's the revision 4.

You can check by reading the revision from DBGMCU_IDCODE register.

And the register shows the correct value of 0x2003

Is this the proof that this MCU is genuine?

It's a genuine MCU and  you read 0x2003 from the correct field. Why are you still not convinced?

It was not clear enough first.

 

Because:

1) the programmer shows 5/B in the blue area in the lower right corner  (I guess because 0x2003 stands for 4,5 or B)

2) The print is easy to wipe off (I have fotos if you want to see).
