Is the temperature sensor factory calibrated?

We are currently using an F4 (STM32F407IGH6) and an F3 (STM32F303VC) in our product. We want to pull the temperature sensors to get an idea of chip temp. Looking at the datasheets, the F3 data sheet explicitly states that factory calibraiton is done for the temp sensor, but the F4 does not.

Can anyone confirm if the F4 (STM32F407IGH6) gets calibrated from the factory too? it seems more likely that detailed missed the data sheet, but I just want to be sure.

To me, the datasheet sure implies the devices are calibrated at the factory.

Anecdotally, the STM32F4 temperature sensor has always seemed accurate to me to within 1C or so. Wouldn't expect that without calibration.

The reference manual claims precision is +/- 1.5 C.
