I think i correctly setted up the slave adress on 0x70 with the configuration window.
Below my script on the Raspberry Pi.

Try to reduce the bit rate to 10kbps and try. If it works it maybe a latency issue.

Why not? What happens when you try? Are the boards connected correctly? Can you view the signals on the line to verify which device isn't doing its job?

I simply connected the GND, SDA and SCL with each other (Raspberry Pi & STM32) but I can't even find the STM-board on the Raspberry Pi. (The script that I execute is the script above in the question). And my output in the Cube IDE only says "Error Rx".

Find out why. Look at the ErrorCode parameter for guidance. A logic analyzer would be helpful here to verify signals. I2C needs appropriate pullups on both lines.

I connected 2 1kohm resistors from my SCL and SDA to my 3.3V as pullup. I also changed my code to this. But I do something wrong that my statement is not equal to HAL_OK. How can I make it true so he triggers the else loop?

Did you ever find out why your original code was returning an error from your HAL_I2C_Slave_Receive() call as @TDK mentioned? You have the HAL source - step into it and see why it is returning an error (and WHAT error it returns). Go back to your original code and get that working. Then think about going to interrupt mode (which means you need to fill in HAL callback functions).

Don't the IT functions return immediately? How's that going to work?
Wouldn't you need some stateful implementation via the call-backs?

It works, I can detect my STM32 now on my Raspberry Pi by changing the frequency on my raspberry pi and stm32 to 10kHz!
