I am using an STM32F031K6T6 but I am not able to find a document that explains registers for this micro controller in detail. Please let me know which document would explain that.

The Data Sheet covers the pins and electrical details

The Reference Manual covers the peripherals and their registers

The Programming Manual covers the MCU level stuff, akin to the ARM TRM (Technical Reference Manual)
