I am receiving notification on every post in the forum

Yesterday I started to receive notification of every post made on forum.  I did not change anything in my settings and looked to verify there is not a setting to request this.

Anyone know how to stop it?

Email notification settings are here, under "email notifications". It defaults to send you replies immediately.

Also note you may be subscribed to an entire forum, in which case you'll get an email for every post. Unsubscribe here:

(I'm not subscribed; presumably it would change to 'Unsubscribe' if I were)
