How to test "temperature, voltage and frequency attacks" on STM32L562E-DK

Hi,

I can test the Active tamper to triger erase backup register and SRAM2 data, but don't know how to test "temperature, voltage and frequency attacks" to triger erase backup register and SRAM2 data.

Enable the tamper detection, apply a stimulus outside the allowed region, verify that the tamper event was detected and data was erased.
