How connect the SD-Card to SDIO with ''SDIO_BusWide_1b'' configuration?

Hello,

I want conect a MMC/SD-Card to the SDIO interface with the configuration for ''SDIO_BusWide_1b''. (STM32F207)

I have never found a demonstration how I must connect the wire and witch wire I must use.

Now, I design a new board where I must use ETH and a lot of UARTs, so, the UART4 must I use and I cannot use this SDIO_Dx pins for a 4-Bit bus to the card.

Can you help me, please?
