has anyone ever made a STM32 project with an infrared sensor by using PWM on the transmitter pin. the result of my sensor isn't running

I am trying to use an IR Remote using NEC protocol and I want to control some LEDs (appliances) using it. But I am not able to decode the signal at receiver connected to my SMT32VLDiscovery board.
