In the past, we have used the F4 series (F427) with the FMC memory controller, to interface with 2GB of external NANDFLASH memory. This worked with no problems.
NOW, we have the same setup (same wiring and connections), except that we are using the F765 micro. When reading certain memory locations of the Flash, we get faulty/bad data, such as 0xFFFFFFFF when we know it should read something else. We have played with different values for the memory timing (setup/hold/etc.) parameters, with no success.
--> Are there any known issues, specifically with the FMC on the F7 series?
