does not generate *.bin file after building with CubeIDE. last week it was working fine with generating *.bin file but now it does not work. when I press Run or Debug button it flash the .elf code to the chip,it works perfeclty fine.

File is locked or blocked? You're looking in the wrong place?

Show the build settings where this would be enabled.

Present the problem in a manner that might be solved.

its enabled on the settings as you see on the picture, but not updating .bin and .hex file. dont know why
