Cannot upload program to stm32f103

I ​have stm32f103. I have tested serial test program that prints hello word continuously without any delay. But after that when I I try to upload new program or erase, I cannot succeed in it. Please help me, what will be the problem how to rectify.

I am using Linux and USB to TTL converter with 3.3 volt logic level uploaded using stm32flash.

It should stop running your code if you reset with BOOT0 pin pulled high.

If that doesn't help you'll need to look at it electrically to understand if you have a power or connectivity issue.

Would help also to have an ST-LINK so you can connection via JTAG/SWD

I dont have st link will it be useful i have a ftdi breakout, usb to ttl and a raspberry pi​

Try, power off, press and hold reset button and ​then power on. Release reset. If you have right bootloader it will turn on dfu device.
