cannot find TS_CAL2 in datasheet0693W00000WJUv8QAH.png

Well, the internal temperature sensor is based on a pn junction through which a constant current flows and whose temperature coefficient of approx. -2mV/K is used to determine the current chip temperature. However, even after calibration, its accuracy cannot be compared with that of an external temperature sensor.

Depending on your requirements for "precise temperature measurement", an external sensor may be the only option, or alternatively the STM32G071, whose value is measured for TS_CAL2.

Welcome, @LOMO, to the community!

This is a known issue of RM0454, which is already being worked on to fix.

Cause: the STM32G070 belongs to the so-called Value Line, which are produced in a cost- and thus price-optimised way, which does not allow the measurement of TS_CAL2. The next revision of RM0454 will contain a corresponding correction in section 14.9.

Does it answer your question?

Is there any oteher solution to measure precise temperature of stmG070 device,as TS_CAL2 is invalid.0693W00000WJXdCQAX.jpg
