Hello,
Please try to write in English if you want to make sure you can get an answer to solve your problem, because most of the people on this community can speak English but not Chinois.
I used Google translate to get enough idea of what you are saying in the title:
"Why can't I find my device after my program is burned once?"
Please refer to this article: How to solve debugger connection issues (st.com), this may help you to solve this problem.
I advise you to upgrade the ST-Link firmware version, then disconnect and connect your board.
Make sure to use the latest release of STM32CubeProgrammer and STM32CubeIDE.
When your question is answered, please close this topic by choosing Select as Best. This will help other users find that answer faster.

Unclear what STM32 we're talking about, or what board it's on.
Lead with details
Show the working vs non-working situation.
Perhaps pull BOOT0 high so it doesn't run your code.
If this is an H7 part power cycle with BOOT0 High a couple of times and then erase your code.
Check you code sets the power mode LDO/SMPS correctly, check also VOS settings.
Try "Connect Under Reset"
