Motor Control Workbench SDK V5.1.1 nominal current and expected over-current threshold how to set

Hi there,

1. Does the nominal current only used to regulate the maximum current(ie torque) of the motor but do nothing about over current protection?

2.Is the expected over current threshold only a value calculated from the current network offset and current network gain you input for reference? The actually cut off current is depending on the resistor values on your circuit and comparator threshold setting? So if I am right, the hardware remains same and comparator has same setting, even I change the network offset and gain in the workbench won't affect the real current protection threshold?

3.And what over-current protection disabling network and its polarity?
