Hi,
I am using B-G431-ESC to control a brushless motor. Using Arduino and simpleFOC, I am able to control the motor in open loop setup. When tried using hall sensors pins, i see that there is no voltage on 5v pin on the esc board. The multimeter shows no voltage across the 5v and Gnd pins.
The user manual says pinouts as H1, H2, H3, 5v and ground.
Attached the two images.
Do I need to use any jumpers for 5v, or enable and bits, or does it mean i have a faulty board?
Please suggest.
Best regards,
Praveen

What is the input voltage you are providing to the main board?

Input voltage to main board is 12v 3a lipo.

Do you have the schematics, did you check for continuity?

Yes. Some of the tests done:
1. I have connected exactly as per the image I have attached. 5 lines are soldered to 5 solder points on board
2. Checked voltage on the solder pins 5v and gnd. No hopes there
3. 5v regulator on St link board is not connected to 5v solder pins, expected.
If there is any other continuity checks to be done, please confirm and I will check accordingly.
