STM32U585: ADC DMA not work on Optimization level 2 and 3

Hi, 
I am working with STM32U585, I read 10 ADC channel which work perfectly on optimization level O0 and O1.

but when I set optimization level O2 or O3, I didn't get some channel's value. we got 0 on that channel. 

Channel which which not work there values are stable 1.65V on Pin. 

Some one please help to resolve this issue.
