factory-set programming

Hello,

I work in a company that uses stm32F031C4T6 and we manufacture 40,000 cards a year with this reference. I was wondering if it would be possible to ask the manufacturer to program the microcontrollers directly in their factories, because for our company this represents a lot of human time.
