What's the Best LINK debugger/programmer for DualCore

I've been using Crossworks and J-Link for all of my embedded ST development.

I'm starting a new project using STM32H747 and find I can't use my old tools.

I am going to use STMCubeIDE for dual core development and would like to know the best debugger/programmer to use - ST-Link/V2 or ST-Link/V3 or another one.

Either will work. I believe STLINK-V3 has a faster processor and might be marginally faster. I like STLINK-V3MINI because of the small size.
