I'm considering using a STM32L4P in a medical device design.
What is this part's expected longevity in the market. Will I still be able to buy it in 5 or 10 years?
Do any ST processors have a guaranteed product lifetime?

Thanks! I suggest making that symbol more prominent. It's barely readable on my 24" display.

I would generally advise caution about such long term commitments, especially given the lack of availability and transparency over the last few years. The loss of a fab, or test equipment may create a situation that is not economically viable to continue specific products.
You'd want to hedge your own stock based on expected usage

You might also want to review ST's stance on life-critical equipment and parts usage.
Conversations you'd presumably want to have with your local sales rep..
