STM32L4P part longevity/lifetime

I'm considering using a STM32L4P in a medical device design. What is this part's expected longevity in the market. Will I still be able to buy it in 5 or 10 years?Do any ST processors have a guaranteed product lifetime?

Thanks! I suggest making that symbol more prominent. It's barely readable on my 24" display.
