STM32L0538 Connection issues

Hello,

today I've received STM32L0538 Discovery kit. The problems started right away. After connecting it to my PC via USB 3.1 port, the board gets the power, but does not work. LD1 lights up to green and LD2 to red, but LD3 and LD4 stays off, the paper screen shows no life at all, there's barely an image visible on it, even when the power is off it still shows something. Other than that, KEIL µVision does not detect this chip, but I guess this is a problem with my Windows 10.

Would really appreciate all the help, I am new to this and this board is required for university work.

That's the basic feature of e-paper, i.e. that it retains picture with no power.
