I have a stm32h750-dk board that I played with long time ago, so I forgot what I did, but since connector CN5 has pins soldered on I guess I tried to program the board through that connector.
Well - the board is not detected when connected to the PC and I suspect that is an issue.
Is there a solution for that problem?

Hello @BJerk.1
As you can see on the following screenshots, the STLK USB connector is the CN14. So, you have to program your STM32H750B-DK through this connector:
For more details, look at the UM2488.
Best Regards.
