STM32H747I-DISCO built-in display issue

I am working on a project using the built-in LCD display of the STM32H747I-DISCO board. However, the display output shows unintended thin lines and color distortions, appearing as if the colors are breaking. I am unsure whether this issue is caused by a hardware defect in the display itself or a misconfiguration in the IOC settings and debugging process.

To troubleshoot, I ran the TouchGFX game example without any modifications, but the same issue persists. I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this.....

Hello @junseok3607 ,

As said by @AScha.3 it could be a HW issue. Try to upload the board Demo from here and check if you have the same lines at the same positions. If you don't have a such issue with the demo, it's a software issue.

If the not working line is on constant position, if running different software/programs, it probably a hardware problem.

The TFT protective foil shows, it had already experienced a lot of treatment/use...

So pressing a little on the outer TFT area /contact/connectors -  are any changes on the display errors?

(most times this is a lost/bad contact to a line )
