st-link/v2 - Programming Error

Hello,

i'm trying to load an .hex file into an ARM

STM32F103R6 with St-link/V2

but there is something that doesn't work (see attached img).

Could you help me pls?

Says the erase failed. Guess I'd look at the board for issues, either design or construction. No real detail provided.

Does a bulk/mass erase work independently of the download?

Thanks a lot for reply.

The board is good, we tried programming some PCBA with Keil uViusion4 and Keil uLink2 and all works good.

I tried to erase the chip with STM32 ST-Link Utility and it work fine, then i tried to erase sectors and some sectors is not erased (the system tell me ''Verify the memory protection'').

If the ST-LINK has current firmware, and it's not a SWD/JTAG issue, or one of the other connection options, you'll need to find someone at ST to discuss the issue with you.
