Hi,
Using CubeMx and the STM32H753, when I configure for 5 pin JTAG, JTRST is on PB4. We thought that it should go to NRST. What is the correct connection for JTRST?

NRST is cpu reset.
JTRST is jtag /debug connection reset.
your thought wrong.
why dont use SWD or trace asyn.Sw ? need old standard jtag ? then jtrst -> jtrst debug probe.

I would connect NRST to a debug header, but it's not the same as JTRST
