I have a custom designed circuit with bluenrg232 soc. There is a capacitor connected to Vin. Our problem is that the circuit works at the first start but when I turn off the power and wait for 10 or 20 seconds, I start it but now the circuit does not work. I tried "BOR on-off" or "changing reset resistor-capasitor" but the problem is continuo. When I wait for a long time like 5 minutes, the circuit always works. What do you think what is the problem?
