Hi, not to doubt at all. This is definitely the one.
Is this the one I have to get?
I link to exactly what I need would be great.
Thank you

Well, the S1J is produced by several manufacturers and is essentially technically identical. However, you have stated that it is used in a car, which explains Vishay's automotive approval (see data sheet for AEC). As far as I know, the S1J from Invac on eBay is not automotive certified. So you would be well advised to find an S1J providing such certification.
Even if this topic is not really one that should be discussed in a forum for ST devices, we would still be pleased if we could help you further.
Good luck!
Regards
/Peter
