This kind of question is almost impossible to answer without additional information.
I would advise you to download the datasheet, and to start a CubeMX project with a F0 MCU matching the one you have inside your STSPIN.
If you want to build a motor control project with ST SDK, the entry point is the ST Motor Control Workbench provided with the release available here :

At the moment I am testing the Steval-Spin3202 board with the STSPIN3202 chip. My problem is that the board is only working if I connect the USB cable.
Is the Steval-Spin3202 board also working without the USB connection?
