Hi I would like to use external MOSFET with ST's eFuse part STEF01, because of my Bus Voltage is 145V and bus current would be 3Amp. Pls suggest possible solution. Thanks.

Welcome, @_Sansindhu, to the community!

STEF01 can drive an external FET, but it is in series and only serves to protect against polarity reversal. Since the STEF01 is connected to the full input voltage, but is destroyed above 55V, it cannot work with your 145V.

By the way, all our e-fuses currently work up to a maximum of 55V, so we cannot yet recommend a possible solution.

Does it answer your question?
