Currently, I'm testing the EVAL-L9963E-MCU board. I want to save data into a .txt file. I found in the user manual steps to enable data logging. I'm attaching this user manual. I have carefully read and followed the steps on page 8....but when I unselect diagnostic there is no generated .txt file. Everything else works appropriately (cell voltages, current, temp...). The board has preloaded Firmware 1.6.
Do you have any idea where the problem could be?
