For small and random stock, you're probably going to want to go through brokers. Otherwise new orders going into the same queue as everyone else..

thanks a lot, yes we know this website. No stock at all. PArts are available only on weird websites. given our small needs i was hopping to grab some parts somehwhere. Even this is very difficult :\

Those would be brokers,people who sell on stock in other peoples stockrooms. As you can imagine there is a lot of value in excess inventory these days.

Some are going to be more sketchy than others, but this is the secondary market.

Perhaps there is a purchasing list-serve you can post an RFQ too?
