component identification "st bek p420"

Hi,

On a power electronic board I have this component "ST BEK P420" in parallel with the power input. I think it's a costant current regulator. I need a spare part or at least its datasheet in order to adapt another component. I hope you can help me. Thank you

no, BEK stands for the 18.8V TVS SM15T22CA.
