My problem is the FCSR register locked

The Rass Key 0x56 and 0xAE loading and Flash driver stored in Data EEProm of processor ST7lite09

I'm reading the application note and example but flash memory do not programming

Hi,

are you trying to execute the IAP code from EEPROM?

You need to do this from RAM.
