Hello, I've downloaded the provided .lib file for p/n STD13N60M2 and created a part for it in LTSpice, but am not having any luck getting it to work correctly. I've created a circuit with a half bridge and get the expected results when using the model included with LTSpice for STM p/n STW11NM80, but no luck with the part I'm hoping to use in my design.
I've mapped the pins from the .subckt line in the .lib file as follows:
Any suggestions or nuances I'm missing to get this model to work correctly?
