I am trying to create the thermal model of Buck boost converter for my 20V application. I found STL210N4F7AG from ST with low Rds_on available on market. I dowloaded the spice model and created a symbol based out of V3lib file. I put it in my model and when I started simulation I couldn't see any output. Even the gate pulses are not visible in plots.
Can anyone help me what is wrong with my model? The model was working with LTspice Lib mosfets though.
Tried to change the Configuration of LTspice with ABTOL RTOL values provided in user manual but no success.
